We will notify you once we have received and inspected your request. Please note that all pieces are handmade and one-of-a-kind. Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged or defective. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
